Where can I find detailed information about a property listing?
Detailed property information — square footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, amenities, and rental terms — is published in our tenant portal. Each listing is written by our team, not pulled from a syndication feed, so you're reading accurate, current information.
How do you process rental payments?
Rent is collected through our Tenantivo platform, which uses Stripe for secure payment processing. You can set up automatic monthly payments or pay manually each month. All payment history is available in your tenant portal.
What is the rental application process?
The process is straightforward: create an account on our tenant portal, complete the application for the property you're interested in, and submit it. A member of our team will follow up with next steps — typically a background check, income verification, and lease preparation.
Do you accept investor partnerships?
Yes — on a selective basis. We work with accredited partners on project-level co-investments and longer-term portfolio vehicles. If you're interested in exploring a partnership, the best first step is a phone call so we can understand your objectives and share what we're currently underwriting.
